Online application for membership of Nepal Geological Society Before you begin Download membership form, click here. Prepare scan copy of certificates (jpg or tiff minimum 150 dpi, colour) of your last degree related to geology or geotechnical engineering. Get signatures from two members of Nepal Geological Soceity on back side of membership form. or Prepare letter of support from two members of Nepal Geological Society. pdf file of support letter in email with full header is also accepted. Scan copy (jpg or tiff minimum 150 dpi, colour) of hand written supporting letter with dual sign is also accepted. Duly filled membership form, paste passport size photographs in the proper place and scan it (jpg or tiff minimum 150 dpi, colour). Prepare pdf of all documents in one file and it should have following sequence: 1. Duly filled membership from, 2. Your last degree, 3. Two support letters (in the case, if you are unable to get signatures of two members on the backside of the membership form). Save pdf file in your surname. Once your application is processed for membership, you will be asked for payment of membership fee. NGS secretary or treasurer will give you bank detail for Nepali member and instructions to pay online for foreign member. Once payment in bank, send email to secretary or treasurer with scan copy of bank receipt. Your Membership will be activated. Please collect your NGS member ID card from NGS office at your convenance. The foreign member having credit card can pay through PayPal, click here. Fill the form below and attach file surname.pdf.
